There are several ways to make tofu or bean curd. This is how I made Tofu.To this I added more beans, cashews and sesame seeds.
Ingredients:
- Bean Curd
- Beans
- Cashews
- Sesame seeds
- Dried chilli pods
- A big onion
- Soy sauce
- Three or four cloves of garlic
- Just enough salt
- Just enough sunflower oil
How to Make
First, add a pinch of salt to the whole piece of bean curd and boil on both sides for about 15 minutes.
Then cut into small pieces of the required size and deep fry in golden oil.
Peel a squash, grate it and fry in deep oil until golden brown.
Add a little oil and fry the sesame seeds.
Take some dried chilli pods, first cut off one side with scissors, add some salted water and boil until dry.
Boil the dried chilli pods in salted water, cut them crosswise and fry them in the same way.
Now put a pan on the stove and put some oil in it and first add the chopped big onion and let it fry. Add some chopped garlic to it.
Now add the long beans.
When the beans are lightly browned, add the first fried bean curd, cashews. Find it first and add some sauce.
Then add salt if desired. Add roasted sesame seeds and dried chillies.
Now prepare it as required and send it to the table.
