Quesadilla is a delicious Mexican dish made with different types of fillings inside the tortilla and each type of cheese added to it. Today we are going to make a quesadilla filling that suits our taste which is very easy to make. Although mozzarella cheese is used here, you can use cheddar or any other cheese of your choice. You can also substitute chicken or any other type of meat or seafood you like.
Ingredients:
- 4 totia
- Chicken 200g (fried and shredded)
- Bell Peppers Cup 1/2 cup (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 tomato (peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup of lettuce (chopped)
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese (chopped)
- 1/4 cup of butter
- A little salt and pepper
How to Make:
First, we make the filling then.
Put a saucepan on the stove, add butter and let it melt.
Add a little onion, bell peppers, salt and pepper and stir well with a spoon and cook for about a minute.
Once it is well cooled, remove from the oven and pour the mixture into a bowl.
Add chicken, tomatoes and lettuce and mix well. That’s it!
Now then let’s make quesadilla.
Put a saucepan on the stove, add butter and let it melt.
Put a pre-made tortilla on it.
Put the filling on the side and spread the mozzarella cheese on top and fold in half.
Once one side is well heated, add the other side and heat.
Make the other 3 cascades in the same way.
Cut the prepared quesadilla in half and serve hot. This delicious cassia can be eaten with or without any sauce you like, such as tomato sauce or chili sauce.
