Now you are going to make a very tasty soup before dinner or in the evening. It is delicious and can be easily prepared in as little as 20 minutes. This Potato Soup recipe is perfect for young children as it does not contain any artificial flavours or sauces.
Also, this soup is a very nutritious soup that can be enjoyed only by those who eat vegetables and the whole family. The chicken broth used in this dish, also known as chicken broth, can also be obtained from the shop. Alternatively, it can be prepared using chicken flavoured soup.
Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes (about 200g, finely chopped)
- 1 Chicken Broth Cup
- 1/4 cup of onion (crushed or chopped)
- 2 Tablespoons of butter
- 1 Tablespoon of bread flour
- 2 cups of fresh cow’s milk
- Onion leaf 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- A little bit of pepper powder
How to Make:
Put a large saucepan on the stove and pour the chicken broth into it.
Add potatoes and let it boil well.
Once the potatoes are cooked, remove 1/3 of the potatoes and blend the remaining potatoes and the remaining boiled potatoes well with the chicken broth using a blender.
In a preheated saucepan, add butter and onion and heat until onion is tender.
Add flour and stir.
Then add fresh cow’s milk little by little and mix well.
Boil the milk well for 2-3 minutes.
Then add the blended potato mixture and boiled potatoes and mix well.
Finally, add salt and cook for 2-3 minutes until the soup mixture thickens.
Remove from the heat and sprinkle over the cream of potato soup, onion leaves and pepper powder and serve hot.
Important:
If you find this recipe difficult, you can also use water instead of chicken broth. It’s a little less flavorful, but it’s not a big deal to the soup.
To save more time, do not forget to boil the potatoes while preparing other things.
