Now I am going to teach you how to make delicious noodles. Known as “Thai Fried Noodles” or “Pad Thai”, this delicious noodle has a special flavor that is unique to Thai food. When prepared, it gives off a strange, old-fashioned taste. This can be done with chicken as well as any meat you like or with seafood such as prawns and squid.
These easy-to-prepare Thai fried noodles are served with a few slices of thinly sliced lime and roasted peanuts.
Ingredients:
- Rice vermicelli noodles 150 g (Prepare according to the instructions on the packet. These noodles are available in shops in Sri Lanka under names like “white rice vermicelli”).
- Chicken 150 g (about 2 inches long)
- 1 tablespoon of garlic (crushed)
- An onion (chopped)
- Bell Peppers Cup 1 (cut into long strips of yellow, red, or green)
- 1 cup of onion leaves (about an inch long)
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (Soy Sauce)
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce (Fish Sauce)
- Tablespoons of white vinegar 1 tablespoon (White Vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
How to Make:
Put a saucepan on the stove and add oil to it.
Once the oil is well heated add the chicken and salt and pepper to it.
Boil the chicken well for a few minutes, stirring with a spoon.
Once the chicken is well cooked add the onion and garlic to it.
Stir the mixture well and let it fry for about 2 minutes.
Then set the mixture aside in a saucepan and add the other beaten egg.
Scramble the egg well and add it to the chicken mixture as well. Finally you get an omelette.).
Then add onion leaves, bell peppers, brown sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, white vinegar and pepper.
Mix everything well and let the mixture fry for 3, 4 minutes.
Finally add the noodles, mix and remove from the oven.
that is all! Now all you have to do is send the prepared noodles to the table with a few slices of lime and roasted peanuts. Things like lime slices and peanuts can add even more flavor to these noodles.
