Now I am going to teach you how to make a “noodles salad”. It is very easy to make. When making this we get little fat pasta noodles. But they are not needed. It can also be made from ordinary noodles. We also use zucchini for this. And we don’t want to fix this. Zukini is not something we can all find. Ingredients:
- 500 grams of noodles
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped leeks
- Carrots cut into thin strips2
- 1 zucchini cut into strips (not essential, take if you can find it.)
- 1/4 cup of tomato sauce
- 3 1/2 Tablespoons of soy sauce
- Red Bell Pepper 1 cut into strips (remove seeds and cut)
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Pieces chilli
- 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds (put in a pan and fry a little)
- A little salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of lime juice
How to Make:
The first thing to do is to boil the noodles. Here’s how to do it. Take a small pot and add water to it. Add a pinch of salt. Now increase the heat and bring the water to a boil. When the water boils, add some noodles. Then spoon the noodles and boil the noodles. This takes about 5 minutes to boil. Too much will not work. Then the noodles turn into some berries. That means if you boil too much, the noodles will stick together. So you just have to look and boil.
After boiling, strain the water from the noodles.
Then wash the noodles in cold water for another two minutes. Now the hard work is over.
Then take a large bowl and add sugar, tomato sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and lime and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Now add leeks, carrots, zucchini, bell pepper, sesame seeds and pieces of chilli to the noodles. Do not mix too much.

Important:
Sesame oil, soy sauce you can buy in supermarkets. Sukini also has to take some time. Even if you lose it, there is no problem in making this salad.
