This is a Mexican dish. This is a dish but not a staple. it is a dip. Now, what is a dip? Things like toasted bread, garlic bread, raw vegetables and fruits (like carrots, celery stalks, apples, strawberries), salt biscuits are just hard to eat. But this dish is very tasty and can be eaten in large quantities. We eat potato fritters with sauce. Then dip the sauce. One of them is called “Guacamole”. The main ingredient is avocado. When we say avocado, we are reminded of making a good drink. But for Mexicans, this is food. Let’s see how it works.
Ingredients:
- 2 avocados allowed to cut into pieces
- Slightly squeeze the juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- 1 Chopped Garlic Big
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Gambiris powder 1/2 tbsp
- 1 tablespoon chopped green chillies
How to Make:
Put avocado and lime juice in a small bowl and mash a little.
Now add everything else to this mixture and mix well. Avocados do not need to be crushed to become creamy. When there are pieces to crack, that’s it.
