Today I am going to tell you about an egg salad that is usually easy to make any day. You can eat this egg salad with bread or anything you like. Very easy to make. OK! Let’s see how it works.
- 6 well-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise sauce
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- Salt 1/4 teaspoon
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 cup of chopped celery
- 3-4 Lettuce
How to make
First, cut the boiled eggs into two halves.
Then put 4 pieces of the scrambled eggs in the fridge and set them aside. We end up using these discarded egg yolks to decorate this salad.
Now cut all the remaining eggs into small pieces.
Next, take a small bowl and add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, onion and lime juice and mix well.
Now add some beaten eggs and celery to the mayonnaise mixture. Leave and mix well again until everything is slightly blended.
Then cover the jar with this mixture (take a lid or a sheet of foil) and put it in the fridge.
Leave it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. that is all! Then after about 15 minutes you can take it out of the fridge and eat this salad.
To decorate, do this,
Take the salad bowl and place the lettuce leaves around the inside and place the egg mixture in the middle. It would be nice to have a shallow pot for this.
Remember when we first removed some of those eggs? Now take that and put it in the salad bowl and decorate as you like.
