This is delicious for dinner. If you’re tired of eating rice every day, you can try something like this with a change. Also, everyone likes to eat macaroni made this way. If you can find “cheddar cheese”, this is a very easy dish to make. You can add more things; Like meat, fish, prawns, squid, make this dish even more delicious.
Ingredients:
- Two cups of boiled elbow macaroni
- 2 cups of milk
- Two Tablespoons of butter
- 2 Tablespoons of bread flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Black Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
- 284g of grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon of chilli powder (optional only)
How to Make:
First, we need to heat the oven to 400 C. Finally add the macaroni mixture to the oven and bake until the oven heat to the same temperature. Therefore, do not turn off the oven at any time by saying “it is hot” ..!
If you have a microwave oven, put the milk in it and heat it for a minute and a half. If you do not have a microwave oven, you can heat the milk for a minute and a half.
In a large bowl, melt the butter over low heat. Add the flour and stir continuously for a minute until a smooth mixture form.
Now add some hot milk and cook continuously for 5 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
Now add salt, Black Pepper, 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese and a pinch of chilli powder if desired, stir until a smooth mixture is formed and add the boiled macaroni.
Once the macaroni well mix in the cheese and milk mixture, take an 8-inch baking tray that can be put in the oven, pour some butter on the inside and put the macaroni mixture on top of the macaroni.
Then we need to bake it at 400 C for 20 minutes or until it turns golden and bubbles. that is all!
