These chowder noodles, which are easy to prepare even for a festive occasion, can be prepared at home more sophisticated than those brought from a Chinese restaurant. It can be prepared in as little as 30 minutes, making it ideal for a busy day.
Ingredients:
- Noodles 200g (boiled and cooled)
- Chicken 200g (one inch long thin strips)
- 1 cup of celery (finely chopped)
- Cabbage 100g (cut into medium-sized pieces)
- 1/2 cup of onion leaf (cut into 2 inch long pieces)
- Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons of garlic (crushed)
- Some of the ginger (crushed)
- 2 tablespoons butter or 1/4 cup oil
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce (Soy Sauce)
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce (Oyster Sauce)
- Teaspoon of sugar
- Tablespoon of cornflour
- 1/2 teaspoon of chopped chillies
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
How to Make: Let’s make the sauce first,
Then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and cornflour to a bowl.
Stir until well blended and set aside. that is all!
Now let’s make the Chow Mein noodles,
Put a large saucepan on the stove, add butter and let it melt.
Add chicken to it.
Put 2 tablespoons of the sauce on top of the chicken.
Turn the chicken over the sauce and fry for about 5 minutes until lightly browned.
Then add garlic and ginger and fry for about a minute.
Add onion and fry for another 2 minutes.
Then add celery and cabbage to it.
Put pieces of chilli and pepper on top, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the cabbage is wilted.
Then add the noodles and stir.
Put the prepared sauce mixture on top of the noodles and mix well.
Finally add onion leaves, stir and remove from the oven.

The noodles used for this should be cold noodles that do not stick together and are not hot. You can also use leftover noodles left in the morning or the day before. If the boiled noodles have less time to cool, you can wash the boiled noodles in cold or chilled water and use them immediately to cool the noodles quickly.
