If you can’t wait for the bananas to ripen when you bring them home, or when you cut a can of bananas, you can make a dish like this. This is a small bite to eat. For this, we need raw bananas. Make this with banana slices This Banana chip is said to chew when you are free.
Ingredients:
- 2 raw bananas (take some bananas that are a little bigger than the Anamalu)
- 1/4 cup of water
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
How to make
First, we need to peel the bananas and cut them into thin slices.
Next, heat the oil and fry the banana slices. When frying, be careful not to overdo it.
While frying, take a bowl and add 1/4 cup water and a little turmeric, add some more salt and mix well.
Then add 2 tbsp banana slices to this yellow mixture. This should be done carefully, as adding this yellow mixture can cause oil spillage and burn. that’s all! Do not overdo it with the yellow mixture.
Now we need to mix these banana slices and fry them well.
Then when it becomes crispy, you can remove the banana slices from the oil and put it on a piece of tissue paper and leave it for a while until it absorbs the oil.
