Ingredients:
- 2 Avocado
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 2/3 cup of coconut oil
- A little lemon juice (can be taken with lime juice)
- A pinch of salt (about the size of a pinch)
- A little chopped cashews
- A bit of grated coconut
How to Make: Avocado Fudge
First, take a blender and mix the avocado, honey, salt, coconut oil and lemon juice well.
Then take a tray and cover it with greaseproof paper and put the blended avocado mixture on it and thin it a little. Don’t make it too thin. It needs to be a little thicker.
Then place the cashews and grated coconut on top of the avocado layer and keep the tray in the fridge for about 3 hours.
